Specializing in residential real estate in San Marcos, his hometown Escondido and the surrounding areas in North County San Diego, Dennis has excelled as a result of his passion for helping people and focus on continuous improvement.

Active in real estate since the age of 19, Dennis cut his teeth working for a high-volume agent with related businesses in construction, mortgages and real estate investments. In this role he was tasked with negotiating dozens of short sales, which are often recognized as one of the most complex transactions in the industry.

Aside from helping him develop critical research skills and a capacity for negotiating with tact and precision, Dennis credits the experience for giving him a comprehensive knowledge of finance and residential construction practices. From there he worked for a leading mortgage company, analyzing the nuances of funding options, qualifying buyers and communicating with people of widely differing backgrounds on a daily basis.

Since transitioning back into his favorite segment of real estate, residential sales, Dennis has leveraged the skills he acquired as a mortgage broker to educate and inform his clients. Committed to help his clients shape a brighter financial future through the purchase and sale of real estate, he enjoys sharing the knowledge that allowed him to successfully manage in excess of 3,000 loans over the course of his career.

Motivated by the sense of fulfillment that comes from helping other people achieve their goals, Dennis constantly works to improve the level of service he offers and advance his knowledge of real estate. Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese as well as English, he is also experienced in residential acquisitions, renovating for investment purposes, managing rental properties and dealing with tenant issues.
